  • After purchase, you'll receive an email containing a link to your plugin's installation guide. If you haven't received this email within 48 hours, please check your spam folder first, then contact us using the form below if you still can't locate it.

  • If you're experiencing issues during installation:

    1. Clear your browser cache and refresh the page

    2. Double-check that all code has been copied exactly as shown in the guide

    3. Make sure you've completed all steps in order If you're still having trouble, contact us with details of where you're stuck.

  • Our detailed installation guides are designed to make installation quick and easy for anyone to follow. While we don't offer installation services, we're happy to help if you get stuck on any specific step during the process. Just contact us with details about where you're having trouble.

  • Our plugins are compatible with Business and Commerce Squarespace plans. If you're unsure about your plan's compatibility, contact us with your site details and we'll be happy to confirm.

  • You can safely test your plugin's functionality in Squarespace's preview mode before publishing. This lets you ensure everything is working exactly as you want before your visitors see it.

  • We recommend disabling plugins rather than removing them if you plan to use them again later. To disable a plugin:

    1. Go to Settings > Advanced > Code Injection

    2. In the Header section, locate the plugin's meta tag

    3. Change the value to "enabled=false"

    This completely stops the plugin from running while keeping all your settings saved. You can easily reactivate it anytime by changing the value back to "enabled=true".

    If you do need to completely remove the plugin, you can find removal instructions in your plugin's installation guide, but remember this means you'll need to reinstall the plugin if you want to use it again in the future.

    • What specifically stopped working

    • Any error messages you're seeing
